Wants to separate without divorce.

What is the best way to get separated from a marriage which is only a month or 2 ago. (7th june2023) . Moved out on 19th july 2023 from kolkata coz he is impotent and they also blamed me that I theft all their jewellers and documents fact is I didn't . Now I just want them to stay out of my life without any legal litigations.

As per the you havev to file petition before family court for voidable of marriage based on allegation within time otherwise you couldn't file it before court. Apart from this declared fraud marriage. free then call for more help

It is not possible to get seperate legally without going through any legal litigation specially within one year of marriage. Though if you left them and they too left you and both of you decide to left each other unnoticed then your dream may get fulfilled. So far the question of impotency is concern, do you have any medical certificate or just on the basis of experience of some nights when you not get satisfied sexually, you reached on that conclusion as conceiving in that short moment is very difficult. Think.
