A court approved terms and conditions have to be drafted and prayed for. Maintenance is necessary failing which can attract penal provisions. An escrow account can also be maintained under agreed terms and conditions. Without going into further details i cannot comment

First of all without divorce,separation has no value in the eye of law if the marraige is conducted as per Hindu rituals. As separation without divorce has no value in the eye of law,so husband is not bound to give his property to his wife.

It depends on your wife. If she claims property / money then you can fulfill her demand and go for mutual divorce and it will be disposed of within 6 months from the date of filing or if you don't want to share then you can go for contested divorce.

surely.Afterjudicial separation the status of Husband and Wife do not change so the husband has every right to gift any of his property to his wife even continuing the judicial separation period .Even after obtaining Divorce A divorces husband can gift any of his movable or immovable properties in favour of his ex wife.
