How many wife's you will change if every one start to ignore your parents , is there any other strong reason for your divorce with her how is your compatibility with her. So think and decide you can keep your wife in a separate house and your parents and take care of both and balance. If not you can divorce her if she is not a working women then you are liable to give her maintenance or alimony. This you have to give and no other go for marrying her.

I am Hindu religion . I need divorce from my wife. She S not at all take Carin of my parents. But she S asking maintenance cost if I give divorce

On the above ground you can ask for divorce. Obviously she will ask maintenance. But you need to prove that she is not entitled for maintenance. Better you try for Mutual Divorce.

U can file divorce petition against ur wife. There must b a reasons for divorce like cruelty, desertion,harsment, non consummation of marriage like that.if u file divorce then allso ur wife is entitle to file maintaince
