Want's to file divorce case & send legal notice to husband address.

From last two years we both husband & wife are not in contact with any modes.Earlier due to husband's abusive nature & unhygiene habits we had issues between us.But now Due to some misunderstanding occurred by my side. As it got cleared as we had family meeting with in-laws , third person family&with my family.Now in-laws don't trust me& Husband want's divorce.In 2020 without informing us In-laws sold their house & permanently shifted to their native place jharkhand.Even I'm also willing to divorce him.Is there any chance to get mine money returned which has been given them at the time of marriage.I need a lawyer whose fees is Very minimal.so that I can afford.

You may file petition for contested divorce on the grounds available to you in the concerned court of jurisdiction. If your husband has already filed for divorce then you may file counter claim in it .You may ask for monthly maintenance , alimony from the husband in the divorce petition.

Inspite of going through legal notices, you should move with the criminal application under the provisions of domestic violence Act and claim numbers of protection orders and also divorce petition with your entire alimony claims.
