Wanted to have divorce from his wife on the basis of call records

My wife having affair and I found her call records in my absence..I have love marriage and within 10months of marriage this things found.My wife behavior with my mother is also not good.she is not ready to adjust with the family.When I start question her about her call record she told ki she done done wrong and hide with me but she will improve.But as per attitude I felt ki she will be dangerous to me I future.I need divorce but she is not ready to give me divorce.pls ge

As per Hindu law ,you could not initiate Divorse suit before one year of marriage ,but in extreme cases Apex court had allowed this .Regarding your allegations against your wife ,its not just a phone record but a conclusive evidence is needed ,with that if her behaviour towards yout family is harsh and she is not ready to adjust or live then this could be one of the ground of Divorce ,under the category of cruelty .
