Wanted divorce from wife not living with me for more than 3 years

I got married in 2018 Feb and my wife leave my house in April 2018 just after two months of marriage. She filed false cases of dowry domestic violence and also of maintenance. We tried to come her back with help of our relatives mediators and many reputed people. But she demanded to remove my family members (sister and mother) from the home. It has been more than 3 years of separation. My family reputation has gone. We suffer alot. Now I don't see my future with her. Can I file divorce?
