Wanted a divorce and daughter is 3year old

Will I be able to get divorce my daughter is 3 , spouse is not ready to do paper work

You may file for contested divorce on the ground available for divorce as per the applicable law in the court having jurisdiction to try and dispose of the matter. you may get divorce if you give appropriate oral and documentory evidence to the court as per law.

yes you can do that but if your husband is not ready for mutual divorce then you need file a contested case of divorce in the court and also the custody of the child and also if you wanr you can seel maintenance too. for the child and for yourself if you arent a working women
