My religion is islam. I want to file for divorce and need consultation regarding that

Yeah you can file divorce under muslim law in family court and you need to put up strong reason as to why you want divorce. Basically Islamic marriage is a contract marriage and for taking divorce you need to follow the procedure of muslim / Islamic law which means 45 days and all that
