Want to take divorce from my wife

My wife left me on 16th of October 2020, she was not ready to come then. Due to metal pressure my father died on 16th April 2021, then on 19th April 2020 my wife filed a fake complain that she want to enter the house but we insulted her. I want to get divorce from her. Plz tell me the way.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very much important for living a peacefull life . as you said your wife is not at ready to comeback yo your home in tht matter we are abke to help you by helping you in divorce from you wife tht will have full legal process to be followed for tht. as per hindu marriage act .

There’s two types of divorce…one is by mutual which gets over within max. 6 months and another is contested which may take years. Just to be on a safer side it is advisable to file a written complaint to the police station stating that it’s your wife who doesn’t want to live with you and after that you can file for divorce.
