Want to take divorce from my husband as we are not living together.

It has been 2 years of my court marriage and we are not living together. My marriage is just on the legal papers but in actual life I am not living a married life. I am in my parents home as he is not able to support financially to our marriage as well my parents also don't like him but I by force did court marriage..but now I am going through depression because of this condition in my life. I am not able to face this problem anymore and want to come out of this marriage which is just on the papers. But he is not willing to divorce and blackmailing me that he will harrass me and won't give divorce but this is so harassing and mental toucher to me. Please help me. Will I get a divorce or not?

You certainly can get divorce from your husband on grounds of cruelty . Simply stating , no one can forcibly sleep with you . Your body is your property . That he is not able to support you itself proves he is not responsible husband .
