Want to take divorce from my husband.

I belong to a Hindu family. And my parents are poor. My husband takes drink everyday.He abuses me. He abuses my parents. Even his family talks about my family. I don't want to live here anymore. I lived 8 years, having two kids. But now limits have been crossed. Due to all these reasons, I want to take divorce from him. I couldn't say much because I fear his anger and he breaks everything when he is angry. What shall I do. I'm stuck. Help me please. I don't want to live anymore here.

First of make evidence against him then file a constested divorce and you can ask one time settlement amount from your husband . Don’t worry you will definitely get divorce decree . For more such information you have to pay my consultancy fees

you can file a police complain against your husband and his family.. you can file a csae for maintenance of section you can file a case for mentally harassment against them you can file case for streedhan
