Want to stay with my husband in matrimonial house

My husband and in-laws are not allowing me inside my matrimonial house

if that house is self acquired property of your in Laws, they cannot be forced to allow you inside. As for your husband, you have a right to reside with him. you can file a case for restitution against him and if you are not earning you can even file a maintenance case.

Dear Madam The Supreme Court says that husband and mother in law shall stay out side House if there is threat to daughter in law. You may file Domestic violence case and get enter the house under the protection order. Your strength will be your protection.
