Want to sent legal Notice to my wife

My Self Yogesh hindu by religion want to send legal notice to my wife for divorce so that she is willing to have words with me & we can resolve the issue with mutual understanding.
hello you can file a divorce petition in the family court without giving any legal notice on the grounds specified in Hindu marriage act for contested divorce like cruelty, desertion etc which can be referred to mediation and later converted to divorce by mutual consent
