Hi, aap FIR ke saath Anne in-laws per domestic violence ki complaint file kar sakti hain ...Aap domestic violence complaint mein Anne husband de maintainace ,jewelry aur residence rights bhi Maami sakti hai ...Iske saath app 125 crpc maintainnace application bhi file kar Sakti hain

You have right of maintenance. Your in laws and husband physically assault with you. You can file domestic violence case against him and his family and 125 crpc maintenance case against him. Your are entitled for maintenance from your husband.

file maintenance case ,Domestic violence case or if you have any children's and they are not in your coustedy, then file a case regarding coustedy of your children's also in the court or file status report application before area court to know latest progress in your fir
