how to take divorce? how much time it will take for the legal procedure.

if both husband and wife agree on all matters they can file a divorce petition under the clause where it is allowed if both file application together which is called mutual consent divorce. this process will start by filing the petition and appearing before Court once and their after it will be once referred to mediation were the divorce will be finalised in writing and then the judge you will pass orders after personally hearing both parties. you will get the copy one month later

File a petition before Family Court... decide whether it will be mutual or contested...mutual divorce can get settled soon... contested divorce proceedings can go on for two three years... feel free to contact for further guidance if you need
