want to know about procedure of impounding of passport

I m a Muslim woman My husband flew to Saudi Arabia and he was chargesheeted after knowing about that he flew to saudi arabia I have filed a complaint to indian consulate to jeddah about impounding of my husband's passport they issued a show cause notice to him but no response is given from his side. My husbands passprt is issued by indian mission in saudi arabia. Please assist me in this matter to whom i send grievance so that his passport get impounded and he will be deported back to india
Hello I'm Advocate Vivek Mishra well according to this case if he left Saudi after the show cause notice issued by court go for cancellation in court after according to India saudi treaty he can come back to india
