Want to go back to my husband’s place

I got physically and mentally harrassed by my in laws family. I got stressed and got some psychatrial issues. From last 3 months I am living with my parents. Now I want to go back to my husband’s place. My in laws did not let me entered in the house. Can I move back to my husband’s place?

you can file a complaint before the police officials or you can file a domestic violence petition seeking your entry in the matrimonial home. you can also seek maintenance in the said petition..if the court won't provide you the right to go back to your matrimonial home, then court will provide the amount for your alternate accommodation.

hello if you are physically and mentally harassed by or in laws you can file a case for domestic violence where you can get the maintenance from your husband also and you can also file a case under section 9 conjugal rights which means if you want to go to your husband home again you can file petition under the section for further help you can contact
