husband cheated and went abroad not sending money from last two years not even calling and not picking the phone also.left and cheated i have video proofs of his cheating

you can file divorce petition and maintenance petition for yourself and kids on the basis of his cheating on you. he has committed adultery and even disertion for living separate for more than 2 years and not doing his matrimonial obligations.. you can definately use video proof
