you can file for a divorce citing the reason that you were cheated upon as weren't disclosed about the problem and the same is affecting the marriage life as well, but once you start litigation have to be ready that your wife might also file frivilous and false cases

As you said about that your wife hide all the disease or a single disease before marriage and now you find out about his disease as this the ground for cruelty you can go for divorce and if she is ready to go for mutual then it is good but if she is not ready for mutual than you can file a divorce.
