Want to file divorce , need baby custody, and no alimony.

Recently after baby born, me and my wife are not able to hold each other, wife has lot of issues with my family members like my father, mother and sister. She don’t want me to be with my parents since they are trying to celebrate baby’s occasion and expressing their live on the baby. She don’t want anyone to come near her baby, and don’t want anyone to talk about her or baby. She is unable to take any small Statement for which I need to leave my parents and come to her. Want to file a mutual consent divorce and need baby custody. And also don’t want to give any alimony as I had already invested in her business 50Lakhs for which I had transferred from my account to her in bulk. nSo need advise on this how to take it further.

hi if your wife is ready to give mutual divorce then you could file for mutual divorce and for custody of baby you can apply but as she is just born then generally custody remains with mother and you could apply for visitation rights and for maintenance you might take ground that she is already into business

It seems you have clear grounds for Divorce loke Separate Family Demand, Frequent Quarrels, Not allowing to see the child. You can file Divorce on the ground of Cruelty. You gen get Child Custody by Filing GWOP Case.
