Want to file a divorce case but won the Sec 9 case 4 months ago

I won the sec 9 case just 4 month ago against my wife can i file divorce under section 13a under hindu marriage act?
After obtaining decree of restitution of conjugal right if wife is not willing to return the matrimonial home within 1year from the date of marriage ,this is one of the ground of divorce ..13 a is ground of cruely ..U have right to file divorce under 13a but it will face difficulties.
