Want to file a divorce case and domestic violence case

My question i married since april 2019 before marriage I confirmed my husbnd i will not do anything after marrige so he agreed but after marriage he forced me for job or canada PR when i said no he hit me lots of time and he is escape planning from here to outside of country without knowing me what can i do

However, based on these facts, no one shall hit anyone or ask any anything in dominating nature. The same is an offence and attracts not just divorce grounds but also penal offence which is jail.

you told that you were married to your husband before April 2019 and you had demanded before your husband that I will not do any work after marriage but still your husband is forcing you to do the job if but all depends on you what you think about the future for yourself if you want to be with your husband then you cannot be advise in any case but if you do not want to be with your husband then your have all the options out of which you can take maintenance and can file a lawsuit under domestic violence and file divorce and more information you can contact me
