Want to file a divorce case against husband

I want to give a divorce to my husband due to I am not happy with him due to mental abuse and sometimes he beaten me but he deny for divorce and wants a home which is on my name for giving a divorce and my parents only I have my mother is not in favour of divorce my marriage is of having 7 years but even a single day I am not happy with him he always doubt on me and i have no baby before he is not agree for it now he wants just for getting the property from his parents but now I don’t want because I don’t love him and want a divorce from him and now I am in love with someone and wants to marry him I am not taking divorce because I am loving someone as I am not happy with my husband even when he to whom I love is not in my life , my husband beats me insult me in front of his parents and have also affair I know this but never discussed about this with him , he drinks a lot do smoking , chewing tobacco and I think he is infertile also want to know how should I proceed for divorce.
It's fine that you want to divorce your husband but at the same time I request not to disclose this thing that you are in love with someone else because your husband when he comes to know about the same he might sue you for adultery so you can file the divorce petition against your husband by raising the ground of cruelty I request you to please ask your question in detail so that I can give you correct remedy thank you
