Want to discontinue married life

I want to discontinue my married life with her ,because she create very pblm in family and neighbours with her family members .

if you want to discontinue your life with your life partner, then you are free to do so..you have to file a suit against your partner in family court..first of all they ( the court ) will try to solve out your issues in the mediation center..if they succeed in doing so..your matter will be solved..else..you along with your partner will be forwarded for divorce..

you can do that through divorce suit in the concerned family court. it may take some time but now a days the courts are liberal to grant divorce . just consult a local lawyer or if you are based in Ghaziabad or noida or delhi you may contact me.

Go ahead with section 13 in hindu marriage act. In your case cruelty is ground for divorce. you may file case in your district court(family court)....Section 13 of the act provides for grounds under which a spouse can file for contested divorce in India.
