want to change lawyer in family court case calicut . how to.

i hired a lawyer in calicut as my wife had filed a divorce case in family court kozhikode. ever since vakalatnama was signed he is just after money does not respond speaks rudely when he does pick up.has already hiked his fee although just yesterday was the first hearing date.bottomline i want to change the advocate because i cant pay exorbitant amount as fees and i want timely updates and someone who respects clients.how to change this lawyer .let me know the procedure and costs involved

you can take No objection from him. I am practising in family court kozhikode. what is the stage of your case. you can entrust me if you need. how much fee are you paying. please contact in person if needed.

you should ask for NOC from the current lawyer. Then you can appoint a new lawyer on before the family court. Now you can know the current status of the case through Kerala ecourt site. The all procedure will marked on this application.
