Want to be separated through divorce

As I have been mentally disturbed by my wife as well as her family. Want me to be dominated by them. Presenting condition after condition in daily life. Want me to be separated from my family parents.
I am Hindu.
So what do you want if you want to file a divorce then you can file but you need to decide whether it is a mutual divorce if there is a consent from your wife also then it's a mutual divorce or else you can file contested one

hi, here you have not mentioned that whether you have any baby or not, and if you want to be separated then the best way is get divorce and for the same you have to file a divorce suit and have to go through the consequences and then divorce.
