Want to apply for govt job from divorced or separated quota

I want to apply for govt job from separated or divorced quota. But i divorced in panchayat can i apply from this quota

Divorce by panchayat is legally invalid in India. The governement departments therefore shall not recognise your divorce through panchayat. Best way is go for divorce by mutual consent from the court.

Divorce by panchayat is not valid and is not legal and is not recognised. Best way is go for divorce by mutual consent from the court. After that you will be fully eligible for the government job from divorce quota.

Divorce decree can only be passed by a court of law. Divorce on oral basis or panchayat decisions would not be valid in the eyes of law. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

If you are Hindu, then divorced given in panchayat is not valid in any circumstances. You need to follow section 13 of the Hindu marriage Act 1955 and get the decree from the court.
Whereas, if u r muslim, then there should b proper talaqnama etc

No , you can’t apply for govt job as per law panchayat divorce is not valid. You have to file a mutual consent divorce . Once the court will give decree in favour of you only then you can apply for govt divorced quota job . Mutual consent divorce will take time of a month .
