For filing for divorce you should be having some strong grounds/ reasons.
Or else your husband if consenting can join you in filing a mutual consent divorce petition.
T know the procedures you should find an advocate.

If not file 498a case for dowry harassment against ur husband his parents brothers sisters they will give u divorce or file domestic violence against them file maintenance against them then I get what u want along with permanent alimony maintenance to ur life for future.
