Want to apply for divorce for our sister

My sister was married in 2013 dec. Her husband use to physically and mentally abusing my sister for past 7 years . now my sister want to seperate from him. So I contacted his father and asked for mutual divorce they aslo showing interest for divorce. Now the problem is my sister gold ornaments are with him and we gave 12 lakhs cash inbetween now when I ask for them they are telling first apply for divorce ,they are telling after completion of divorce we give the amount and gold. Sir now should we do know plz give some suggestion

in this situation you need to make MOU in which you should make all needed clauses which were orally agreed if you visit our office we can help you in this matter. you can consult us for proper legal advice

gud afternoon for a mutual divorce no problem even though in mutual divorce petition we can mention all the facts and even about the gift which were got exchanged at the time of marriage ...we can claim for all cash and gold ornaments in petition itself, so that after divorce he cannot step back in this...
