Want to apply for divorce but she seems not interest to moveto my home

Sir, I am 34 year old, would like to apply for divorce, we have been married for almost 3 years, there is no good relationship between us, and i have been in this relationship for societies sake, but now am not able to go beyond this. she is also moved from my home to her parents home. at this point of time what should i do further, but i cannot be this relationship more.

if both the parties are not able to continue the matrimonial life then you can decide whether the Matrimony life can be go forward or it is tell me so if the matrimonial life is it's not position to proceed then you can mutually discuss with your husband and put an end to the Matrimony Life by the way of mutual considered is not in a position to come forward for a mutual consent then you can go for your divorce petition and if you are not interested in the device petition you can apply for restitution all the opportunities are open before it is you to decide

You can go head with Divorcé. thats the only way out now.. you can approach a lawyer near to your place where you now located.. otherwise u need to wait until she files a case against you... but u need to appear the court where she filed the case..

If both of you not interested in the marital relationship can file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. The procedure is simple. If she is not willing, your option is filing divorce against your wife with reasonable causes. The procedure is longer.
