Want to apply for divorce and want some suggestions regarding divorce

I got married on August 2018(hindu) . Due to mental torture from my husband house I can't continue with this marriage. Now I'm in my parents home. Since last 3 months there is no contact from my husband house also. I don't want to get into any trouble and want take take divorce. What steps can I take for that. Pls suggest me what can I do in this situation
Hi..if your husband is ready for divorce then go for mutual consent divorce by that you can get divorce within six months of filing it or else you have to file contested divorce petition but it take more time to get divorce.

yes in this case you first apply for maintenance and file a case for domestic violence and as you cannot file a case for divorce within one year wait till August 2019 and then file for divorce, at present just file case under domestic violence and claim maintenance.

Since you have not completed 1 year of marriage, you can apply for annulment or declaration from the family court that marriage is null and void. It is a petition that you have to file in court and after notice is given to him to appear in court, the case will begin.
