Want support to get divorce without husband giving

I am a female hindu , was converted and married to muslim.i have two daughters. I have been working and taking care of family my daughter got married to hindu and I have reconvered to hindu religion. My husband has left home and not living with us since 1 and 1/2 year. Now I want divorce .he is not willing to give divorse .now how to get divorce in short time

Since you reconverted to Hinduism and your marriage was under Muslim personal law, dissolution depends on your legal marital status at present. As your husband has deserted you for over 1 year, you can file for divorce under Section 13(1)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act if the marriage is legally recognized under Hindu law post-conversion, or seek dissolution under the Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 if it remains under Muslim law. Desertion, non-support, and abandonment strengthen your case. Contact me to determine applicable law.

hi if he is not ready to give divorce then you could file petition in court for granting divorce as he had wilfully left you and deserted your family from taking care and that he had failed his obligations and it amounts to desertion

Definitely u will get divorce but as ur husbands Donot know the whereabouts we need to file in highcourt and there are some formalities to be followed if u come to I can explain in better way so feel free to contact moreover u will get divorce in Hindu religion only
