Want my kids back what do i do

I have two children: a daughter (6 years old) and a son (3 years old). Due to continuous emotional harassment and pressure from my in-laws, they made me leave the house. I stayed at my maternal home for around 8 m, I came back here then too no meeting with my kids No contact with husband I do all the house hold chores then too they are like kuch ni karti h Bacho k bina bas ab or ni sahen ho raha h I tried a lot to save isliye sahen kiya husband has block me on all contact he says ni milne dunga

There's already a court order for custody If the other parent has custody because of a court order: You cannot take the child forcefully-that will create criminal charges (kidnapping/498A/DP/domestic violence). You must file: OR Application for Modification of Custody Order Petition for Visitation/Restoration of Custody Depending on your case, you may file under: Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 Habeas Corpus Petition in High Court (if the child was taken illegallu) ↓ Section 25 GWA (Re ution of custody) if you previously had custody.

you can file a case for custody of the children in family court. where you can get the access in the initial proceedings then on the basis of the facts of your cases you can get the Custody because children are still very young to be with the father... because on these tender age the children need mother to be around.

hiii you can file domestic violence case against your husband and in-laws for harassment and also claim for maintenance. if you want to stay with you then you can file restitution of conjugal right case against your husband. Thank you....
