Alreay i hv filled rcr and maitenance case in bandra family court.and husbnd has fille divorce but now after 2 years of filing he wants to withdraw the divorce case.i hv got a hint he has got a job in abroad.i want to stop him.he has cheated me lot.but i dont want a divorce

Dear client , based on your question since the case has already been filled but if don't want a divorce then there . specific procedure for filing in the Hon'ble court . Hope this answer helps you and for further details you can contact us .

On one end, you are saying that your Husband wants to withdraw the Divorce Case and on the other hand, you are saying, that, you also do not want a Divorce to happen, then, if both of you are on the same page, on the same line with each other, agreeing with each other, then, where is the problem? What kind of legal assistance you need?
