Want help in divorce with my wife she is an Australian

I am married to an Australian citizen and im in india cant go back to Australia due to visa conditions can i divorce my wife from here we are separated physically from last 2yers.

yes yes you can file a divorce petition and in India where your deciding right now day after you can proceed with the divorce and all thing but before filing divorce petition in India they are couple of things we need to keep check on at like where you last decided currently where you get married I can suggest you that you can file a divorce petition in in India or your file a divorce petition in Australia

Agar aapane apni Australian wife ke divorce ka case file karna hai aap unko yahan se legal notice bhejiye per ke according hi aapko divorce file karna hoga India mein kari hai agar aapane shaadi Australia Mein kari hai to vahan ke provision ko Hamen Dhyan Mein rakhkar Hi legal notice Banakar
