Want divorce from wife and want to file divorce case after withdrawal

I have filed judicial separation case against my wife on cruelty ground. Wife has also filed 02 cases under dv act and maintenance and she is getting alimony as well as interim maintenance totalling rs 12000/- pm. Due to tremendous torture I have been compelled to leave my own house with my two minor sons on June 2018 and started leaving separately. My wife broke the locks of my house, entered and still living my house. Due to lengthy procedure of judicial separation case , I have withdrawn the

hello sir sir aap ka ye one sidedd divorce lengtyy hota hai ye hai sir agr apko jaldi se divorce Lena hai sir to aap Jo hai apni wife mutual consent se divorce lijyea uske liye advocate apki wife se bat krngye sir q agr dino logo ka settlement ho jata hai to case ko withdraw kre or agye ka प्रोसेस करे

I understand your problem but I do not understand the fact that why you are living with your children does your white doesn't want the children you should have file the child custody and have given an application under 125 for revision of the maintenance is getting as that maintenance might be including the maintenance for the two children
