Want divorce from wife and child custody too for 1 years 5 months boy

I was married 2 years ago , from the start she is very short tempered and try to do suicide many times and If we tell then she gives threat that I will fire down the full house. I was physically got beaten by her also. I want divorce and child custody too ( boy 1 years 6 months ). Please advise

Sir, You may file divorce case on the basis of cruelty and may demand in petition of child custody. Further, you have got beaten by her. In such situation, the husband has right to get the divorce due to she has been committed cruelty physically or mentally.
