Want divorce from husband as he is not ready

Want a divorce as my partner is not agree for divorce. Did Arya samaj marriage in 2020 and marriage registered in 2020 but we did not live together since 2020

ok, you should try to approach the Court and file an application before the Family Court under the Hindu Marriage Act. It's the only option you have where you may get Divorce Petition for further information book a consultation.

As you have written in your problem that you got married in the year 2020 and your marriage got registered in 2020 itself and your marriage was done according to Arya Samaj system and you have been living with each other since the registered marriage. If you do not live together and now you want a divorce from your husband, then in such a situation you have to file a divorce petitionYou will have to file it in the court and if your husband agrees to the divorce, then your divorce petition will be filed in the court under section 13 and you will get divorced within 6 months, otherwise you will have to file a divorce case under section 13 A
