Want divorce as it been 1.4 year of marriage n no physical relation

Its been a year to my marriage initial 6 months nothing happened as per his statement he had some oath. I tried my best that time and before marriage he was aware that I love someone else and after marriage even he was aware that I haven't moved on but i was not letting that come between my new life. File divorce case on ground of cruelty as not having any physical relation also is a ground for cruelty and as u have mentioned he is having chats with other girls yhay is also an extra marital relation on that ground u can file a divorce under 13 B HMA Contact me for any help.

First of all tell me what do you want in this case right now?
