Want clarification on benefits of sec 9 when ex parte divorce ordered

My wife is not living with me from December 2014,she raised 498 a on january 2015 and I also raised section 9 on December 2015,498(a) is pending and she didn't come on dates of section 9 .now megistrate ordered x party order degree in favour of me.now what is the next procedure to do..what is the benefits of section 9 degree to me and how I get devorce soon..can I file section 13 (a) now..what to do now to get out of this .. it's take too much time to wait..now what I do .guide me soon please any legal suggestions..
Yes xparty order section. 9 हिंदू marriage act 1955 as help in Section 13a divorce case, but your wife set site 9 section order than there no help you. But decree of 9 section in your fever you can take advantage of in your 13a हिंदू marriage act case this ground granted devoce.

If ex parte order passed by court against her in her absence than you send a copy of the order of decree of sec 9 that order has paased an order against you and you go and vome with me for restitution of conjugal rites. If she doesnot turn than after you can file a court case u/s 13 (a) of hma for divorce
