Want a Divorse but husband denies

Hi I am Hindu. My marriage was in November, 2019. And within 6 month, i am facing a mentally pressure from my In laws House...i am suffering from mental cruelty...
Now i want a Divorse from my husband. But i have a doubt whether he will agree for a doubt or not.
If he will agree then i have not a problem...but he will not agree for a Divorse, then what can i have to do...???
you need to file the divorce sooner and on the basis bof other Alligation, you can file it at any jurisdiction either at your home or your in-laws home jurisdiction and even you can file it at Your place of marriage also,

What we can do is send a legal notice for offering a divorce my mutual consent after scrutinising the facts of the case and thereafter wait for his view.

if your husband does not agree for divorce and you want it from your side you can file a divorce petition before the family court and get a decree feom the court. his comsent is not compulsory to be obtained.. if you can prove the allegations against him court will surely grant you a divorce decree
