Visitation rights of my child without seeking divorce from my wife.

How do I get my visitation rights to see my son.the problem my wife is a born hindu and pratices Christian and I'm hindu .i don't want her to practice Christianity.so she stays with her mother and her mother is also a harash women.our marriage was made on her home.so i haven't registered it i have a video of the marriage.she never stayed in my home bcoz she practising Christianity.my son is handicapped by birth.so i used to see him 4 or 5 days in a month now she messages me in phone and saying nothing is inbetween us. And my son also doesn't have any rights to see him.how do I get my visitation rights to my son.and how long it will be.i don't want any divorce I just need visitation rights to see the child.also the child birth certificate is with her.

You have right to visit your child and your child has right to visit his father and nobody can deny it. You need to file a petition before the court to get visitation rights to meet and interact with your child regularly.

dear sir, first guardian and custody case can be filled guardian and wards act. since your wife is practising Christianity she deprived of Hindu wife. you can easily get the custody of your child. you have to file a case through me

Yes have right to approach you have approached the family court for taking custody of child and the court may order the custody custody in limited interest based on that you can ask for that you can file application for visiting rights visiting rights can be obtained in a weekly once visit your children hope I clarified the position
