Visitation rights of Father to his minor Son

My minor son having language delay problem and mother is not giving any treatment him hence i put application in my son's custody case on Dt.8.03.22. But on 8.04.22 she got stay as she was required transferring the case in her district. Same i appeared high court with consent & affidavit for immediate medical treatment required. HC ordered to latest court that get record within 10 days and disclose the pending application within 2 weeks. But CJSD didn't consider the medical ground and allotted unnecessarily visitation order for 2 hours visit on every Sunday in a garden. Hence again i reached to HC with WP for avail immediate speech therapy to son. Her lawyer said lie at HC that mother is giving medial treatment from a particular hospital. The magistrate said to us you need to go to that hospital ask the whole development of your child. Same i gone and found doctor don't know my son or wife. and never they have gone before today there. through this what will be decided by magistrate now
