Video conference facility petition in bangalore family court

My case has reached Orders IA allowed for DNA test. Since oct 2018, the case has reached this stage. I have to travel onsite and work , how can I continue the case, do bangalore court has video conference facility. If i didnt appear for case can i continue my case after some years. Please reply

hi, yes the Bangalore courts have a video conference facility and also you can file the appropriate application for the same and continue with your travel. you may also give power of attorney to someone who may continue your case

There is no video conference facility in the family court Bengaluru. Your presence requirement at the time of tendering your side evidence and cross examination. You better an advocate to represent your case on behalf you. He will guide you in proper way. Every date of hearing the advocate will represent and needful done but you must present at the time of evidence. Kindly contact further information.
