Your grievance comes under domestic violence and you can file a complaint before all women police station in your area which will be taken up and your husband will be warned. But caution must be exercised so that this complaint will not be taken as advantage by your husband to file divorce petition.

If your aim is to warn him, then you can approach the local police station and file a complaint. They would call him and warn him. Or else you could file a DV complaint before the protection officer against him. It would also have same effect.
