Value Of Legal Notice In Divorse Cases

Myself Aakash got married 5 years back with my gf in court and registered my marriage, but we never live together. Later she married again without giving any divorse on 31 Oct 2017, due to some high expectations. My and her family did not know anything because of our intercaste marriage. I asked my times for legal separation but she refused everytime and blocked all my and known to contacts, she settled at Delhi with her new husband, after hardwork I found her official address and sent her a legal notice for divorse but in back she aroused so many allegations of harrassment and all in reply of notice and also denied of her 2nd marriage instead she has a baby with her new husband. And asked for mutual divorse too. I want to know should I send again reply of that notice by correcting that wrong allegations or I should normally sign the divorse papers as she want mutual separation too. What is right for me?
