Validity of divorce judgement of Hindu married couple in German court.

My daughter and her husband hindu couple living in Germany for about 5 years. Husband deserted her more than 18 months.Now he suggested a mutually agreeable divorce in Germany . Will the divorce judgement be accepted in lndia?

no the divorce judgement wont be accepted india, there is a judgement with regard to the same daughter needs to apply it in india also and get it settled please inform detailed facts to guide you with pros and cons
