Validity of divorce given in USA in India

Contested divorce given by USA court. Spouse support and children support is being given since Dec 2023. Marital property 50% has been given to ex-wife. What is the validity or acceptability of this divorce in India

the validity of divorce secured in your country outside India depends upon you are religion. if you are a Christian and have married your spouse according to Christian rites then the decision of US court according to Christian law is valid in India. the divorced cricket given by a US core is not valid in India if you are a Hindu and have married a Hindu wife according to Hindu custom and tradition.

Dear Sir, Yes, it is valid divorce though taken Abroad but it being contested divorce and you have given fifty percent of your properties to your wife. You can get a copy of the said divorce and get marry any Indian girl on the basis of such legal divorce. The only condition to validate divorce given by US Court is that it must not be a ex-parte divorce.
