My husband is from balasore.i m from cuttack.he sent me a divorce petition.my case is now in balasore court.can I transfer it to cuttack high court? N after how many dates?and maximum in how many days I got divorced?

Yes you can transfer your case to cuttack and generally it gets transfered seeing the convenience of women . Once it gets transfered if give consent to divorce you can get it as soon as possible. No problem in this

You can file a petition praying for the transfer of your divorce case pending at balasore to cuttack family court before high court. But it can not be transferred to high court.If you both go for mutual divorce then minimum 6 months to 9 months required.
