In your case you can always file a complaint in writing and address the same to the police station according to your jurisdiction and then approach the court and file an application under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

I primarily suggest you file a police complaint by mentioning the whole fact. it is required to mention things in detail in a police complaint first by the facts in detail. after it you can file a complaint before the magistrate and ask for the direction to the police officials to investigate and take necessarily action.
